Spatial Audio pioneer, TiMax, has announced a new distribution partnership with Ampco Flashlight Sales for The Netherlands. The distributor will lead local sales, technical support and demonstrations for TiMax SoundHub, TiMax panLab, OSC integrations and related workflow tools. The appointment reinforces the commitment from TiMax to facilitate deeper local engagement and access to spatial audio expertise.

Ampco Flashlight Sales also distributes TiMax sister brands, Martin Audio and Linea Research, and as such has prepared a strong launch platform for the TiMax product range at its upcoming SoundBites event, scheduled for April 7-8th, 2026.
The distributor has extended the invitation to industry peers and colleagues to Ampco Flashlight’s Utrecht facility, to get up close and hands on with its full distribution range to discover, train with and most importantly hear products. The event will showcase the spatial capabilities of TiMax providing an introduction for prospective customers.

Rik Kirby will be on hand at the SoundBites event to provide expert guidance on recent OSC enhancements, bidirectional dictionaries and interoperability across common production tools, as well as new features such as Scaling Surfaces. Attendees will also experience insight into workflow efficiencies that make TiMax a flexible, end-to-end spatial audio solution for live performance, broadcast and install projects.
