Warranty Statement

For all warranty and service enquiries TiMax will deal directly with its approved Distributor Partners where available or direct to end-user/contractors where deemed appropriate by TiMax.  If possible please initially contact your TiMax Distributor or Representative in your region for assistance, or where necessary contact support@timaxspatial.com

All TiMax products, and the parts thereof, are warranted to be free of defects in materials and craftsmanship for two years from date of sale:

The warranty period will commence on the date of original purchase.  Within the period of its warranty, TiMax or an Authorized Service Representative of TiMax will repair or replace any TiMax product that is defective in material or craftsmanship at no cost.  This warranty is exclusive and no other warranty is expressed or implied. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.

 

Warranty Exclusions:

  • Damage due to improper mounting or incorrect installation. This includes damage to any installation accessories.
  • Any damage caused by improper connection or use of a product outside of its operational specifications. This includes damage due to improper signal processing, or damage due to over-voltage.
  • Defects caused by unauthorised modifications, improper use, negligence, exposure to inclement weather conditions, act of God or accident, or any use of this product that is not in accordance with the instructions provided by TiMax.
  • Damage due to wear and tear sustained during normal use. TiMax cannot be liable for consequential damages.
